East to West were an American duo consisting of Neal Coomer and Jay DeMarcus. They released their first album, Welcome To The Next Level, in 1994.[1]

East To West released their first album, Welcome To The Next Level, in 1994. Their second album, North Of The Sky, was released in 1996.[1]
The duo announced they were separating in 1997.[2] DeMarcus later became a member of the country group Rascal Flatts.[3]

Coomer and DeMarcus spoke about their upbringing, including the divorce of both of their parents, in a 1996 interview. On this topic, DeMarcus remarked 'I do believe that although we may not understand why we go through certain things or why we have to experience certain things, I do know that everything is in God's hands. I know that there's a reason for everything that happens'.[1]
